Introduction
Let it be known that liberty is more than
a word or feeling; it is a state of being. Those who limit the liberty
of others do so out of fear and inferiority. The information in this
document will bring to light the corruptions and inequities imposed upon
the people of the United States of America. Such corruption has led to
the degradation of the liberties that have been held so essential since
the nation's inception. The government of the United States of America
(The People) has allowed the elected officials and agencies to step
beyond their bounds as are defined by the Declaration of Independence
and the Constitution of the United States. Although some of the acts may
be within the written laws, those written laws are either
unconstitutional or they infringe upon the unalienable rights that have
been endowed by our Creator. These laws are often indoctrinated under
the guise of security and justice ultimately leaving us with no recourse
to exercise our given rights. The only true security and justice that we
have is in our Creator. No man is wise enough to devise any rules or
laws that can protect us beyond those already given to us by our
Creator. Therefore man's laws actually limit ones ability to employ
one's rights without being unjustly prosecuted or punished.
They that can give up essential liberty
to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
---Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759.
